For an Office Manager in a company of 5-20 staff, with 1-3 years experience, the average wages paid were $30,000 - $35,000. With 5-10 years experience the average wages paid were $35,000 - $50,000. For a company of more than 20 staff, the average wages paid were $50,000 - $80,000. A larger company with 20 or more staff requires 5-10 years experience or more. For a Human Resources Manager in a company of 5-20 staff, who has 1-3 years experience, the average wages paid were $40,000 - $50,000.
